StaySafe Morocco sells digital eSIM data plans. Because an eSIM is delivered electronically and is consumed once it is activated, here is exactly when a refund is and is not possible.
When you can get a refund
You can request a full refund within 30 días of purchase if any of the following apply:
- Your eSIM has not been activated or installed on a device.
- The eSIM is faulty or will not work on a supported, carrier-unlocked device after reasonable troubleshooting with our team.
- Your QR code was never delivered — it did not arrive within 48 hours of purchase and is not in your spam folder.
When a refund is not possible
- Activated or installed eSIMs are non-refundable. Once the eSIM has been installed or has connected to a network, the data plan is in use and cannot be returned.
- A change of travel plans after the eSIM has been activated.
- Problems caused by an incompatible or carrier-locked device, where compatibility could have been checked before purchase (see our eSIM guide).
- Requests made more than 30 days after purchase.
How to request a refund
Contact our support team through our Contact page, or by email at support@staysafemorocco.com, with your order number and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once approved, please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
